- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns and make data-driven recommendations for improving customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives with other marketing efforts.
- Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data security measures.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Crm Management And Strategy Development.
Proficiency In Crm Software And Data Analysis Tools.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge Of Data Privacy Regulations And Compliance, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.
