In this role, you’ll be the key contact for customer inquiries and will be responsible for providing solutions and support to our clients. You’ll need to be a highly organized, customer-oriented problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you are looking for an opportunity to develop your client success skills and make a real impact on our clients’ success, this could be the job for you.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience• Deep understanding of customer service processes and customer success• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects according to importance• Proven track record of providing superior customer service and customer satisfaction
