Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Change Management Or Project Management.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Impacts Of Change.
Knowledge Of Industry-Standard Change Management Methodologies And Frameworks, Such As Itil Or Prosci, Is Preferred.
