- Manage the accounts receivable function for the company, ensuring timely and accurate recording of all transactions.
- Monitor and collect outstanding accounts receivable, minimizing bad debt risk and maximizing cash flow.
- Review and analyze credit data to assess creditworthiness of customers and make recommendations for credit limits.
- Maintain strong communication with customers to resolve any billing or payment inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve any customer disputes or issues.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports on accounts receivable performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular credit reviews and make adjustments to credit terms as necessary.
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in credit regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Continuously analyze and improve credit control processes to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide support and assistance to the finance team as needed.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues to management.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all credit control activities.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Credit Control Or Accounts Receivable Management.
Knowledge Of Credit Analysis, Risk Assessment, And Collections Strategies.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships With Customers.
Understanding Of Credit Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Proficiency In Accounting Software And Microsoft Excel For Data Analysis And Reporting.
