Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Commissioning Or Sales Operations, Preferably In The Financial Services Or Data Analytics Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Using Data Analysis Tools And Techniques.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Optimizing Sales Commission Plans For A Large Organization.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
