Store - Key Holder

In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, managing store operations, and ensuring that our store is always neat and orderly.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask. Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers, provide excellent customer service, and answer any customer questions or inquiries.
2. Manage store operations, including opening and closing duties, cash management, inventory control, and product displays.
3. Ensure that the store is always neat, organized, and properly stocked.
4. Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
5. Assist in training and supervising store staff.
6. Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
7. Monitor store performance and develop plans to improve sales and profit margins.
8. Handle customer complaints and resolve disputes in a courteous and professional manner.
9. Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales.
10. Maintain knowledge of current products, trends, and styles.
