As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales by creating an engaging customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a drive to go above and beyond for the customer as well as the ability to take initiative and think outside the box. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
2. Answer customers' questions about products and services.
3. Provide accurate advice and information to customers.
4. Understand customer needs and wants and recommend appropriate products.
5. Process sales and payments accurately and efficiently.
6. Develop a strong understanding of the store’s merchandise selection.
7. Maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor.
8. Ensure store displays are merchandised to company standards.
9. Track and report inventory levels and sales metrics.
10. Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
