- Lead the development and implementation of Etsy's buyer experience strategy.
- Continuously analyze and understand buyer behavior and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensure successful delivery and adoption of new features.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Etsy's target market and buyer personas.
- Define and track key metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and provide support and guidance to other team members.
- Mentor and develop junior product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to develop and launch marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive buyer engagement and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and product management.
- Represent Etsy and its values in all interactions, both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A Retail Or E-Commerce Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Buyer Behavior And Market Trends.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Experience In Data Analysis And Using Data To Make Informed Product Decisions.
