- Conduct research and analysis to improve the quality and relevance of search results on the Etsy ads platform.
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to optimize search results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to search quality.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in search behavior.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve and innovate upon our ads search quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in data science and machine learning.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and projects.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and team members.
- Continuously test and evaluate the effectiveness of search algorithms and make adjustments as needed.
- Assist in developing and maintaining data infrastructure and tools for the Ads Search Quality team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Strong Background In Search Engine Algorithms And Techniques, With A Focus On Ads And Ecommerce.
Extensive Experience With Large Scale Data Analysis And Machine Learning, Including Proficiency In Relevant Programming Languages Such As Python And R.
Proven Track Record Of Improving Search Quality Metrics And Optimizing Ad Performance In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Product, Engineering, And Business Teams.
Advanced Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Relevant Work Experience.
