Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Senior UX Researcher to join our Payments & Risk team at Etsy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher to help craft the future of payments and risk at Etsy.As Senior UX Researcher, you’ll be a critical part of the team, developing a deep understanding of our customers and their needs. You’ll design and execute research to inform product decisions, from concept exploration and feature development to usability testing and post-launch evaluation.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have an inquisitive mind and an eye for detail. We’re looking for someone who’s not only experienced in research, but also passionate about uncovering insights that make an impact.
