Senior UX Research Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior UX Research Manager to join Etsy’s User Experience Research team. As the Senior UX Research Manager, you will lead the research strategy and execution to ensure that the user experience of Etsy’s products and services is truly delightful and easy to use. You will have an impact on our product roadmap, while helping us better understand our users and their needs.To succeed in this role, you should be an analytic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You should also have a track record of leading and managing UX research projects and initiatives.Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, build relationships with external partners, and present research findings in a compelling way. You should have a passion for user experience research and be able to think creatively to develop strategies for improving user satisfaction and engagement.
