- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the quality of products and services provided through outsourcing partnerships.
- Create and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures for outsourced products and services.
- Monitor and analyze data and insights related to outsourced products and services, identifying areas for improvement and driving quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the outsourcing process.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of outsourced products and services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage relationships with outsourcing partners, providing clear expectations and feedback on quality standards.
- Utilize data and insights to identify potential risks and issues with outsourced products and services and develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to provide updates on quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train and educate team members on quality control processes and procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality control and outsourcing management.
- Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control processes.
Extensive Experience In Managing And Optimizing Quality Assurance Processes For A Large-Scale Outsourcing Operation, Preferably In The E-Commerce Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Tools, And Methodologies, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Data-Driven Decision Making.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team Of Quality Analysts And/Or Managers, Including Remote And Third-Party Resources.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners To Drive Quality Initiatives And Resolve Issues.
In-Depth Understanding Of Outsourcing And Vendor Management Best Practices, Including Contract Negotiation, Performance Monitoring, And Risk Management.
