Senior Product Manager, Recommendations Relevance

- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of our recommendation algorithms and make data-driven optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings in the personalization and recommendation space.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert on personalization and recommendation systems, providing guidance and support to other teams within the company.
- Drive innovation and experimentation to constantly improve and evolve our personalization and recommendation capabilities.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture and ensure the team is motivated and engaged in their work.
Strong Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The E-Commerce Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products That Have Resulted In Increased User Engagement And Revenue Growth.
