  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
  3. Oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective talent management and succession planning programs.
  5. Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment and onboarding plans that attract top talent and promote diversity and inclusion.
  6. Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment, diversity and inclusion, and workplace safety.
  8. Plan and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and foster a positive workplace culture.
  9. Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.
  10. Serve as a champion and ambassador for the company's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers in handling sensitive situations.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  13. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Hr Generalist Role, Preferably At A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Company.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo.

  • Experience Managing And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Hr Programs And Initiatives, Such As Performance Management, Employee Engagement, And Diversity And Inclusion.
