Manager, Trust & Safety Vendors and Partnerships

As the Manager, Trust & Safety Vendors and Partnerships you will be the senior point of contact for Trust & Safety’s third-party relationships, including tooling vendors and our third-party partners, developing a nimble strategy to support the scaling of the organization’s work. Manage at least 2 direct reports, mentoring them on goal setting, work prioritization and career development, and building alignment with leadership on the team’s behalf. Lead a team responsible for managing functions such as: third-party Enablement, contract discussion and negotiation, and budget adherence. Develop a partnership strategy in consultation with senior leadership: resolving staffing needs, negotiating with vendor partners, directing workforce management, and adhering to Etsy best practices. Act as the point of escalation for high priority incidents involving vendor partners.
