- Conduct thorough investigations on potentially fraudulent transactions to protect customers and the company from financial losses.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in fraudulent activity and develop strategies to prevent future incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Support, Risk Management, and Legal to mitigate fraudulent activity.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fraud prevention to continuously improve our processes.
- Monitor and review transaction data to identify suspicious or abnormal activity.
- Conduct interviews and gather evidence to support fraud investigations.
- Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings and present them to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all investigations and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve fraud-related issues.
- Develop and implement fraud prevention policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and escalate potential fraud risks to senior management.
- Assist in training and educating other team members on fraud detection and prevention techniques.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Continuously monitor and improve fraud detection and prevention systems and tools.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to fraud and ensure compliance.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Fraud Investigation, Preferably In E-Commerce Or Financial Services Industry.
Knowledge Of Payment Processing Systems And Fraud Detection Tools.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
