  1. Lead and manage all aspects of Workday integrations for the company's financial systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration needs and develop solutions that meet business requirements.
  3. Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and other financial systems.
  4. Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot any issues that arise with integrations.
  5. Develop and maintain system documentation, including integration processes and procedures.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within financial systems and integrations.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in financial systems and integrations.
  8. Train and support end-users on how to utilize and troubleshoot integrations.
  9. Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to implement security measures and maintain data privacy.
  11. Manage vendor relationships related to financial systems and integrations.
  12. Participate in testing and implementation of system updates and upgrades.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on integration projects and gather feedback.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial systems and data management.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Workday Integrations: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Workday's Various Modules And Their Integration Capabilities. They Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Integrations, Including Hands-On Experience With Eibs, Core Connectors, And Studio.

  • Strong Technical Skills: A Successful Financial Systems Manager Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Java, And Xml. They Should Also Be Familiar With Api Integrations And Have Experience Working With Web Services.
