- Ensure that all displays are maintained and updated regularly, following the company's visual standards and guidelines.
- Continuously research and stay updated on current design trends and techniques to incorporate into displays.
- Work closely with the store manager to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
- Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising area, including storage and workspaces.
- Train and coach sales associates on how to maintain displays and effectively sell products to customers.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of store events and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Contribute to the overall store sales goals by creating visually appealing displays that drive customer engagement and sales.
Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Design Principles And Techniques Is Necessary For A Visual Merchandiser To Effectively Create Appealing Displays And Layouts.
Previous Experience In Retail Or Visual Merchandising: Experience Working In A Retail Environment Or Specifically In Visual Merchandising Can Provide A Solid Understanding Of The Industry And The Skills Needed For The Job.
