2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand product offerings and create displays that effectively promote and sell them.
3. Develop and maintain a schedule for updating and refreshing displays to keep the showroom visually engaging and current.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor displays to ensure our showroom remains competitive and cutting-edge.
5. Work closely with the Marketing team to align visual displays with promotional campaigns and events.
6. Oversee the maintenance and organization of display materials and props, ensuring a clean and organized showroom at all times.
7. Train and mentor sales associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards to ensure consistency in all showrooms.
8. Conduct regular store visits to evaluate and provide feedback on visual displays in other showrooms.
