- Meet and Greet Clients: Greet clients as they enter the store and make them feel welcome. Engage in friendly conversation to understand their interior design needs.
- Provide Design Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and timeline. Utilize your design expertise to provide recommendations and suggestions to clients.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business. Continuously engage with clients to understand their evolving design needs.
- Demonstrate Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of Ethan Allen's products, services, and brand. Be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients and answer any questions they may have.
- Create Design Proposals: Utilize your design skills and knowledge of Ethan Allen's products to create visually appealing and functional design proposals for clients. Present proposals to clients and make adjustments based on their feedback.
- Meet Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively communicating and selling Ethan Allen's products and services to clients. Utilize your sales skills to close deals and upsell products and services.
- Stay Updated on Design Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate them into your design proposals. Share your knowledge and expertise with clients to help them make informed design decisions.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other members of the Ethan Allen team, including designers, sales associates, and management, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
- Maintain Client Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions, design preferences, and purchases. Utilize this information to provide personalized service to clients and build long-term relationships.
- Uphold Company Standards: Maintain a professional and polished appearance and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Represent the Ethan Allen brand with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Autocad Or Sketchup.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Sales Experience In The Furniture Or Interior Design Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
