  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ethan Allen's products and services, including furniture, fabrics, and design services.
  2. Utilize excellent sales skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  3. Identify and understand clients' design needs and preferences, and offer solutions that align with their vision and budget.
  4. Collaborate with clients to create custom design plans and present them with product recommendations and pricing.
  5. Meet or exceed sales goals by actively seeking out and converting new leads, as well as following up with existing clients.
  6. Keep up-to-date on the latest design trends and product offerings to provide clients with the most current and relevant design options.
  7. Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless execution of design plans and timely delivery of products.
  8. Maintain a professional and polished appearance while representing the Ethan Allen brand at all times.
  9. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Ethan Allen and generate new business.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the sales process and contribute to the success of the team and company as a whole.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Interior Design Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Client Relationships.

  • Proficiency In Design Software Such As Autocad Or Sketchup, As Well As Experience With Sales Tracking And Crm Systems.
