  4. Collaborate with clients to create personalized design concepts that align with their unique style and preferences.
  5. Use knowledge of design trends and techniques to create visually appealing and functional spaces for clients.
  6. Effectively communicate and present design concepts and product information to clients.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide clients with the most current and relevant design options.
  9. Work closely with other team members, including interior designers and sales associates, to ensure a cohesive and seamless experience for clients.
  10. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  11. Maintain a professional and organized work environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales and design techniques through training, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  13. Represent the Ethan Allen brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of client information.
