  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
  2. Utilize strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value and benefits of Ethan Allen products and services to clients.
  3. Collaborate with clients to create unique and personalized design solutions that meet their budget and timeline.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and design techniques to provide the best recommendations and advice to clients.
  5. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and cultivate leads to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
  6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the entire design process, from initial consultation to product delivery and installation.
  7. Coordinate with other team members, including designers, sales associates, and support staff, to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
  8. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Ethan Allen, representing the company's values and commitment to quality and excellence.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, design skills, and product knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Interior Design Or Related Field

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
