- Design and Sell: The primary responsibility of this role is to use your passion for interior design and sales to create and sell beautiful and functional spaces for our clients.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs and preferences, and offering personalized design solutions to meet their expectations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Consultation: Conduct consultations with clients to understand their design needs, budget, and timelines, and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, vendors, and project managers to deliver excellent customer experiences and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain Showroom: Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized to create a positive and inviting customer experience.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate leads and increase sales.
- Follow-up: Follow-up with clients after the completion of a project to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for future sales.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and design techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to our clients.
- Adhere to Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including pricing, payment, and delivery terms.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork, including sales orders, contracts, and invoices, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Brand Representation: Represent the Ethan Allen brand by maintaining a professional demeanor, appearance, and conduct at all times.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall showroom goals and provide support to colleagues when needed.
- Meet Deadlines: Meet project and sales deadlines, and effectively manage time to balance multiple projects and responsibilities.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Interior Design Principles And Concepts.
Strong Sales And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Communicate And Close Deals With Clients.
Experience In Developing And Maintaining Client Relationships Through Exceptional Customer Service.
