Job Qualifications

Extensive Ecommerce Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Ecommerce Landscape And The Latest Trends In The Industry. They Should Have Experience Working With Various Ecommerce Platforms And Technologies, And Be Able To Provide Strategic Guidance For Product Development.
Technical Acumen: A Technical Product Leader At Epam Systems Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With A Solid Understanding Of Software Development Processes, Architecture, And Design Principles. They Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Development Teams And Provide Technical Guidance When Needed.
Product Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Ecommerce Domain.
