Develop and implement strategic plans for EPAM's ecommerce initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Lead and manage a team of technical product managers, developers, and engineers to deliver innovative and high-quality ecommerce solutions.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify current and emerging trends in the ecommerce industry.
Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
Define and prioritize product requirements and features based on market demand, client feedback, and technical feasibility.
Monitor and track progress of ecommerce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and design, to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new ecommerce products.
Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and best practices into EPAM's ecommerce offerings.
Communicate effectively with senior management to provide regular updates on the progress and performance of ecommerce initiatives.

Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Background: A Technical Product Leader At Epam Systems Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Ecommerce Technologies And Be Well-Versed In Software Development Processes. They Should Also Have Experience In System Design, Data Architecture, And Api Integration.
Product Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Ecommerce Space. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Technical Products.
Leadership Skills: As A Leader, The Technical Product Leader Should Possess Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Team Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Inspire Their Team While Also Fostering A Collaborative And Inclusive Work Environment.
Business Acumen: Epam Systems Is A Global Company, And The Technical Product Leader Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Ecommerce Market And Industry Trends. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Executing Business Strategies, Identifying New Market Opportunities, And Driving Revenue Growth.
Agile Methodology Expertise: Epam Systems Follows An Agile Development Approach, And The Technical Product Leader Should Have A Deep Understanding Of This Methodology. They Should Be Able To Lead Their Team In Agile Practices, Such As Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, And Continuous Improvement. Experience With Agile Tools, Such As Jira, Is Also Preferred.
