Job Description

EPAM Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect for our Shopify Plus team. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex eCommerce solutions using Shopify Plus. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide technical expertise to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. We are looking for a driven and dynamic individual with a deep understanding of Shopify Plus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Design and implement complex eCommerce solutions using Shopify Plus.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical expertise.
Develop innovative and scalable solutions that meet client requirements.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions.
Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Stay current with Shopify Plus updates and new features and incorporate them into solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and implement necessary changes.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
Maintain a strong understanding of EPAM's business goals and contribute to their achievement through innovative solutions.

Job Qualifications

Expertise In Shopify Plus Platform: A Solution Architect Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience In Implementing And Customizing The Shopify Plus Platform, Including Its Features, Apis, And Integrations.
Strong Technical Background: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Web Development, E-Commerce, And Cloud-Based Solutions. They Should Have Experience With Frontend And Backend Technologies, As Well As Knowledge Of Cloud Services Like Aws Or Microsoft Azure.
Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: As A Solution Architect, One Should Possess Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Understand Complex Business Requirements And Translate Them Into Technical Solutions. They Should Also Have Experience In Identifying And Mitigating Technical Risks.
Communication And Collaboration: A Solution Architect Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Interact With Stakeholders, Gather Requirements, And Present Technical Solutions. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Project Managers, And Business Analysts.
Experience In Agile Methodologies: Epam Systems Follows Agile Methodologies In Their Projects, And The Ideal Candidate For A Solution Architect Should Have Experience In Working With Agile Teams. They Should Be Comfortable With Sprints, Daily Stand-Ups, And Other Agile Ceremonies.
