As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust and scalable solutions on the Shopify Plus platform for our clients. Design and implement robust and scalable solutions on the Shopify Plus platform for clients.
Develop and maintain technical expertise in Shopify and related technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of client needs to provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of projects by effectively managing timelines and resources.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the Shopify platform and make recommendations for adoption.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during project implementation.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Continuously improve processes and procedures for efficient project delivery.
Stay updated with industry standards and regulations related to Shopify and e-commerce.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support for their Shopify projects.
Collaborate with the sales team to propose and estimate solutions for potential clients.
Participate in pre-sales activities such as presenting demos, conducting workshops, and preparing proposals.
Act as a subject matter expert for Shopify and provide training and knowledge sharing sessions for team members.

Extensive Experience With Shopify Plus: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Shopify Plus, Including Its Features, Capabilities, And Limitations. They Should Be Able To Provide Solutions That Leverage The Platform's Strengths And Address Any Potential Challenges.
Proficiency In Front-End Development: A Strong Background In Front-End Development Is Essential For A Solution Architect In The Shopify Plus Space. They Should Be Proficient In Html, Css, Javascript, And Other Relevant Front-End Technologies To Design And Implement Visually Appealing And Functional Solutions.
Knowledge Of E-Commerce Best Practices: The Solution Architect Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of E-Commerce Best Practices And Trends. This Includes Knowledge Of Conversion Rate Optimization, User Experience Design, And Seo, Among Others. They Should Be Able To Apply This Knowledge To Create Effective And Successful E-Commerce Solutions For Clients.
Demonstrated Problem-Solving Skills: A Solution Architect Must Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Address Complex Business Problems. They Should Be Able To Analyze Requirements, Assess Potential Solutions, And Recommend The Best Course Of Action To Achieve Business Goals.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Key Member Of The Project Team, The Solution Architect Must Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Closely With Other Team Members To Deliver High-Quality Solutions On Time And Within Budget.
