Design and develop high-quality ABAP code in S4/Hana systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely and successful completion.
Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP and S4/Hana technologies and incorporate them into development processes.
Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure efficient and error-free performance.
Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues before deployment.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.
Proactively identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the development process.
Mentor and guide junior team members to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within the specified deadlines.
Continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and advancements in SAP ABAP and S4/Hana development.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Take ownership of technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Identify and mitigate any risks or challenges that may arise during the development process.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Sap Abap Development: A Senior Software Engineer At Epam Systems Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Developing Sap Abap Solutions, With A Deep Understanding Of The S4/Hana Platform.
Strong Knowledge Of S4/Hana Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of The Technical Architecture Of S4/Hana And Be Able To Design And Implement Solutions That Align With Best Practices.
Expertise In Performance Tuning And Optimization: Epam Systems Is Looking For A Senior Software Engineer Who Can Identify And Resolve Performance Issues In Sap Abap Code And Optimize System Performance For S4/Hana.
Experience With Agile Software Development Methodologies: Epam Systems Values Agile Development Practices, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment, Following Scrum Or Other Agile Methodologies.
