- Monitor and maintain the reliability and scalability of our systems, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize our infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues and provide timely resolution.
- Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures.
- Continuously review and improve deployment processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of changes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve systems performance.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide support for critical incidents.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on system status, incident resolution, and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure reliability and scalability are built into new and existing systems.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify and address bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
Extensive Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Highly Available And Scalable Infrastructure And Applications On Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Gcp.
Proficiency In Scripting And Automation Using Languages Like Python, Ruby, Or Bash To Streamline Operations And Improve Efficiency.
Proven Track Record Of Monitoring And Troubleshooting Complex Systems And Applications, Identifying And Resolving Performance Issues, And Implementing Proactive Measures To Prevent Future Incidents.
Expertise In Configuration Management Tools Like Ansible, Puppet, Or Chef, And Experience With Containerization Technologies Like Docker And Kubernetes.
Strong Knowledge Of Devops Best Practices And Experience With Ci/Cd Pipelines Using Tools Like Jenkins, Gitlab, Or Circleci To Automate Software Delivery And Deployment.
