Develop and implement Salesforce strategies for clients to drive business success.
Design innovative and scalable solutions using deep technical expertise in Salesforce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and execute client projects.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and provide recommendations for optimal solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Lead solution design sessions and present proposed solutions to clients.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals and present solutions to potential clients.
Train and educate team members on Salesforce best practices and new features.
Maintain documentation of projects and solutions for future reference.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Salesforce Experience: A Senior Salesforce Solution Architect At Epam Systems Should Have At Least 8 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce, Including Designing And Implementing Complex Solutions For Large Organizations.
Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Salesforce Platform, Including Its Various Products And Features, As Well As Experience With Other Related Technologies Such As Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, And Apis.
Proven Leadership And Project Management Abilities: The Role Of A Senior Salesforce Solution Architect Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Guide And Mentor A Team Of Developers, As Well As Project Management Skills To Oversee The Successful Delivery Of Solutions.
Business Acumen: In Addition To Technical Skills, A Senior Salesforce Solution Architect Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Requirements, As Well As The Ability To Translate Them Into Effective Salesforce Solutions.
