Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Perl programming language.
Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and effectively translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and improve existing software applications to ensure they meet client needs and industry standards.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Perl developments and technologies to continuously enhance the company's products and services.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Develop and maintain documentation for all software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Mentor and coach junior developers to promote a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
Adhere to coding standards and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability of codebase.
Proactively identify and suggest solutions for potential risks and issues.
Continuously strive to improve technical skills and knowledge through self-learning and training opportunities.
Embrace a collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Perl Development
