- Develop and implement secure and efficient identity and access management solutions for our clients.
- Lead the design and architecture of identity and access management systems.
- Analyze client requirements and provide recommendations for the best solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in identity and access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for the identity and access management solutions.
- Train and mentor junior team members on identity and access management best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to identity and access management systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project progress.
- Proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with clients to gather requirements and present proposed solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of identity and access management systems to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines.
- Continuously improve and optimize identity and access management processes and procedures.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Team Members.
Extensive Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Architecture And Design, With A Minimum Of 7 Years In A Similar Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Iam, Including But Not Limited To Oauth, Saml, Ldap, And Active Directory.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud-Based Iam Solutions And Experience In Implementing Iam In Cloud Environments, Such As Aws Or Azure.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex Iam Solutions For Enterprise-Level Clients.
