At EPAM Systems, we are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key member of the team responsible for the planning, development, and maintenance of our IAM systems. You will be expected to provide technical leadership and ensure our IAM systems are in compliance with security standards and best practices.To be successful in this role, you must have experience designing and implementing IAM solutions, including identity and access management, two-factor authentication, single sign-on, and privileged access management. You should also have a strong understanding of security principles and protocols as well as experience in scripting and automation technologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.If you have the necessary qualifications and a passion for developing high-quality IAM solutions, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain IAM systems in accordance with security standards and best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
Implement identity and access management, two-factor authentication, single sign-on, and privileged access management solutions.
Ensure IAM systems are secure and compliant with security principles and protocols.
Utilize scripting and automation technologies to develop and maintain IAM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM system issues.
Analyze and recommend improvements to existing IAM systems.
Monitor user activity to detect and prevent security threats.
Maintain documentation of IAM systems and processes.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
