Lead the data analytics consulting team to develop and deliver innovative solutions for clients, driving business growth and success.
Develop and implement a data analytics strategy that aligns with EPAM's overall business objectives and goals.
Utilize expertise in data analytics to identify and solve complex business problems for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance to drive impactful solutions.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Oversee project management and delivery, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of services to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within EPAM to leverage expertise and resources for client projects.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, incorporating them into EPAM's approach and offerings.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Represent EPAM as a thought leader in data analytics through speaking engagements, conferences, and other industry events.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and regulations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute departmental goals and strategies aligned with EPAM's overall mission and vision.
Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the data analytics consulting team.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Data Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Data Analytics Projects For Clients.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, This Role Will Require Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Data Analysts And Consultants. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Motivating Teams, As Well As Driving Cross-Functional Collaboration.
