Develop and execute a strategic plan for the data analytics consulting division of EPAM Systems.
Provide guidance and direction to a team of consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services to clients.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to inform and enhance the services provided to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions for clients' data challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored data analytics solutions.
Monitor and analyze the performance of the data analytics consulting division, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth.
Mentor and develop team members, providing coaching and support to foster their professional growth.
Ensure that all projects and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, senior management, and team members.
Stay informed on data privacy and security regulations to ensure compliance in all projects and services.
Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the data analytics consulting division.
Represent EPAM Systems at industry events and conferences to promote our data analytics capabilities.
Collaborate with other senior leaders to align data analytics consulting with the overall strategic goals of the organization.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Data Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects In This Field.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Data Analysts And Consultants. Therefore, They Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Mentor And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Their Full Potential.
Technical Proficiency: A Strong Understanding Of Data Analytics Tools And Technologies Is A Must For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Expertise In Data Mining, Data Visualization, Predictive Modeling, And Other Advanced Analytics Techniques.
Business Acumen: The Senior Director Will Be Working Closely With Clients To Understand Their Business Needs And Provide Data-Driven Solutions. Therefore, They Must Possess Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Translate Technical Concepts Into Actionable Insights For Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Clients At All Levels Of The Organization. They Should Also Be Skilled In Creating Compelling Presentations And Delivering Them With Confidence And Clarity.
