We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Data Analytics Consulting to join our team at EPAM Systems.   1. Lead and manage the data analytics consulting practice at EPAM Systems to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to grow the data analytics consulting practice and expand its reach globally.
  3. Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and align the data analytics consulting practice with overall business objectives.
  4. Provide expert guidance and support to the team in developing and delivering data analytics solutions for clients.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of data analytics.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  7. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, creating proposals, and presenting solutions to potential clients.
  8. Mentor and coach team members, identifying areas for growth and development and providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
  9. Develop and monitor performance metrics to track the success of the data analytics consulting practice and make necessary adjustments to drive continuous improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all data analytics consulting projects.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in data analytics consulting.
  12. Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership on ways to stay ahead of the competition.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage resources from other departments to support the data analytics consulting practice.
  14. Manage budget and resource allocation for the data analytics consulting practice.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's values and culture in all interactions with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
