Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives for the Cloud and DevOps Delivery team in alignment with EPAM's overall business objectives.
Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, effectively managing and motivating team members to achieve high levels of performance.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and define project requirements, ensuring that EPAM's solutions meet their objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud and DevOps technologies, and identify opportunities for EPAM to incorporate them into our service offerings.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and help clients harness the power of technology to achieve their business goals.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging new and creative ideas to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with other EPAM teams and departments to leverage resources and expertise, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide regular updates to senior management on the team's performance, project status, and any potential risks or issues.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding EPAM's service offerings in the areas of cloud and DevOps.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and advance in their careers.
Maintain a strong understanding of EPAM's business processes and procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Cloud Technologies: The Senior Director Should Have A Strong Background In Cloud Technologies, Including Public, Private, And Hybrid Clouds. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Cloud Service Models, Such As Iaas, Paas, And Saas, As Well As Experience With Leading Cloud Providers Such As Aws, Microsoft Azure, And Google Cloud.
Proven Track Record In Devops Delivery: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Successful Devops Practices Within Large Organizations. This Includes Experience With Tools And Technologies Such As Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, And Ansible, As Well As A Thorough Understanding Of Devops Principles And Best Practices.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Director, The Individual Must Have Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Lead A Team Of Cloud And Devops Professionals. This Includes Experience In Recruiting And Developing Talent, Setting Strategic Direction, And Driving Team Performance And Productivity.
Business Acumen And Client Management: The Senior Director Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Business Implications Of Cloud And Devops Technologies And Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Client Relationships And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Industry Knowledge And Thought Leadership: A Successful Senior Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Current Trends And Developments In The Cloud And Devops Space. They Should Be Able To Provide Thought Leadership And Stay Up-To-Date With The Latest Tools, Techniques, And Best Practices In Order To Drive Innovation And Deliver Cutting-Edge Solutions For Clients.
