Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive the growth and success of our cloud and DevOps services.
Lead and manage a team of highly skilled cloud and DevOps professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and delivery to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions for clients.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with the latest cloud and DevOps trends and technologies, and sharing knowledge with the team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance to ensure their satisfaction and continued partnership.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of cloud and DevOps solutions.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
Collaborate with the HR team to recruit, onboard, and develop top talent for the cloud and DevOps delivery team.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with cloud service providers and technology vendors to stay ahead of industry developments and leverage their resources for client solutions.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our expertise in cloud and DevOps services and building brand awareness.
