Develop and execute a strategic plan for the growth and success of the Cloud and DevOps Delivery division.
Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality delivery of services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for cloud and DevOps services.
Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion within budget and scope.
Act as a subject matter expert on cloud and DevOps technologies, staying informed on industry trends and advancements to drive innovation.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and secure new clients.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the division, providing training and resources to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with services provided.
Monitor and analyze division performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure adherence in all aspects of service delivery.

Strong Technical Background: A Senior Director, Cloud And Devops Delivery At Epam Systems Should Possess Deep Expertise And Knowledge In Cloud Computing, Devops Methodologies, And Related Technologies Such As Aws, Azure, And Kubernetes.
Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Exceptional Leadership Skills To Oversee The Delivery Of Complex Cloud And Devops Projects. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Motivating Teams To Deliver Successful Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strategic Thinking: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Develop And Implement Effective Strategies For Driving Cloud And Devops Delivery Excellence Within The Organization.
