We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as the Senior Director of Account Management for our Healthcare and Payer vertical. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a team of account managers to deliver exceptional results.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth within the Healthcare and Payer vertical, in alignment with EPAM's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and effectively communicating EPAM's value proposition.
  3. Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional results and client satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and market developments in the healthcare and payer industries to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to clients to help them achieve their business goals.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to drive their professional development and growth.
  8. Work closely with EPAM's sales and delivery teams to develop and execute account plans and strategies.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and business development activities.
  10. Represent EPAM at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services to potential clients.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze account performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

This Includes A Strong Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Identify New Business Opportunities, And Drive Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Epam Is Looking For A Candidate Who Can Lead And Motivate A Team Of Account Managers To Achieve Their Goals And Deliver Exceptional Results For Clients. The Senior Director Should Have Excellent Communication, Coaching, And Mentoring Skills To Develop And Guide Their Team.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Strong Business Acumen. They Should Be Able To Analyze Market Trends, Identify Opportunities For Growth, And Develop Innovative Solutions To Help Epam Stay Ahead Of The Competition.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Or A Related Field: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Position.
