  1. Lead and manage the global account management team, ensuring they are aligned with EPAM's goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and grow relationships with existing clients.
  3. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding services to existing clients.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of EPAM's services and solutions to effectively communicate and address client needs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
  7. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the account management team to achieve their goals and objectives.
  8. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success and effectiveness of the account management team.
  9. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  10. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level client escalations and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to identify potential business opportunities.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to the account management team.
  15. Represent EPAM at industry events and conferences to showcase our services and solutions and network with potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Account Management: The Senior Director Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Client Accounts And Delivering Successful Outcomes. This Includes Experience In Overseeing Large Teams, Building Long-Term Relationships With Clients, And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Senior Director Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Teams, Delegate Responsibilities Effectively, And Make Difficult Decisions When Needed. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Plans For Account Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Technology Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Technology Industry, Including Current Trends, Emerging Technologies, And Competitive Landscape. This Knowledge Will Help Them Effectively Guide Clients And Make Informed Decisions For The Account Management Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Senior Director Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders, And Build Strong Relationships Based On Trust And Transparency.

  • Results-Driven Mindset: The Senior Director Should Have A Results-Driven Mindset, With A Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Revenue Targets And Other Key Performance Indicators. They Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Proactively Take Action To Drive Business Success. Additionally, The Candidate Should Be Comfortable Working In A Fast-Paced, Deadline-Driven Environment And Be Able To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
