Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry: A Senior Data Consultant At Epam Systems Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry And Its Unique Data Challenges. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Working With Clients In This Industry And Delivering Successful Data Solutions.
Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Expertise In Data Management, Data Analysis, And Data Visualization. They Should Also Have Experience With Various Data Tools And Technologies, Such As Sql, Python, R, And Tableau.
Project Management Experience: As A Senior Data Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing And Delivering Complex Data Projects. They Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Scoping, Planning, And Execution, To Ensure Timely And High-Quality Project Delivery.
Communication And Client Management Skills: Epam Systems Values Strong Communication And Client Management Skills In Its Consultants. The Senior Data Consultant Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Build Strong Relationships With Clients.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: In Addition To Technical Skills, The Senior Data Consultant Should Have Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities.
