Conduct thorough analysis of clients' business processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for strategic solutions.
Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Act as a subject matter expert in various technology platforms and tools, providing guidance and recommendations to clients.
Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
Ensure all solutions meet industry standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Conduct training sessions to educate clients on new systems and processes.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between clients and development teams, communicating any issues or changes in project scope.
Continuously stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on the team.
Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or roadblocks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
Foster strong relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor and drive long-term business partnerships.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field: A Senior Business Systems Analyst At Epam Systems Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Computer Science Or A Related Field To Have A Deep Understanding Of Technology And Its Applications In Business Systems.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Systems Analysis: Epam Systems Requires Candidates For A Senior Business Systems Analyst Position To Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Business Systems Analysis. This Experience Should Be In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Extensive Knowledge Of Business Systems And Processes: A Senior Business Systems Analyst Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Business Systems And Processes, Including Software Development Methodologies, Data Modeling, And Business Analysis Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In A Senior Business Systems Analyst Role At Epam Systems. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: A Senior Business Systems Analyst Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify And Solve Complex Business Problems.
