- Design and deliver innovative Salesforce solutions for clients of EPAM Systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead and guide project teams in the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities and proactively recommend their implementation to clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, system configurations, and code.
- Keep track of project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
- Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce technical concepts and best practices.
- Act as a thought leader and drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce practice at EPAM Systems.
- Identify and mitigate any risks or challenges during project execution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Participate in pre-sales activities and contribute to the development of proposals and presentations.
Expertise In Salesforce Architecture: A Salesforce Technical Architect At Epam Systems Must Possess Deep Knowledge And Understanding Of Salesforce Architecture, Including Data Model, Security, Integration, And Customization.
Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing Custom Solutions On Salesforce Using Apex, Visualforce, And Lightning Components. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Web Technologies Such As Javascript, Html, And Css.
Project Management Experience: Epam Systems Values Candidates Who Have Experience In Leading And Managing Complex Salesforce Projects From Start To Finish. This Includes Defining Project Scope, Creating Project Plans, And Managing Resources Effectively.
