- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and develop customized Salesforce solutions to meet their needs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce ecosystem, staying up-to-date on new releases, features, and best practices.
- Lead a team of Salesforce consultants and developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive exceptional customer success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce solutions by providing training, resources, and support to clients and their teams.
- Monitor and measure client success and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and maximize customer success.
- Stay informed on industry trends and developments related to Salesforce, providing insights and recommendations to clients and the company.
- Be an ambassador for EPAM Systems and represent the company at Salesforce events, conferences, and other industry forums.
Extensive Experience With Salesforce: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience Working With Salesforce, Including In-Depth Knowledge Of Its Various Modules And Features. This Includes Experience With Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, And Marketing Cloud.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Customer Success And Engagement Leader, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Salesforce Consultants And Developers. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Motivating Teams To Deliver High-Quality Solutions To Clients.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: This Role Involves Working Closely With Clients To Understand Their Business Needs And Provide Them With The Best Solutions Using Salesforce. As Such, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Build Strong Relationships.
Proven Project Management Skills: Epam Systems Values Efficient Project Management, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Project Management Methodologies. This Includes Experience In Project Planning, Resource Allocation, Risk Management, And Delivery.
