Lead and manage the technology consulting practice to achieve business objectives and drive growth for the company.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the technology consulting business and acquire new clients.
Provide thought leadership and stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technology consulting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet clients' business needs and drive digital transformation.
Manage and mentor a team of technology consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely solutions that meet clients' expectations and exceed industry standards.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure project profitability.
Communicate project progress and results to clients and internal stakeholders.
Act as a subject matter expert and participate in business development activities, including conferences, events, and client presentations.
Continuously assess and improve the technology consulting practice to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Represent the company as a technology consulting expert in external forums and events.

Job Qualifications
