Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients in order to drive successful digital transformation.
Serve as a key member of the consulting team, collaborating with other team members to develop and implement technology solutions.
Utilize a deep understanding of technology to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Take ownership of client projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and use this knowledge to advise clients on the best solutions for their specific needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships.
Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals, progress, and any potential issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Represent EPAM Systems as a technology thought leader by participating in industry events and conferences.
