Develop and lead innovative strategies for clients utilizing Azure or GCP cloud technologies.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Azure or GCP, providing guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data technology solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in Azure and GCP, and identify opportunities for implementation in client projects.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Lead client engagements and ensure successful project delivery, meeting timelines and budget requirements.
Conduct assessments and analysis of clients' current data technology systems, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Act as a thought leader in the data technology industry, representing the company at conferences and events.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Data Technology Consulting: A Successful Principal At Epam Systems Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Data Technology Consulting, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects For Clients.
Proficiency In Azure Or Gcp: The Ideal Candidate Should Have In-Depth Knowledge And Hands-On Experience Working With Either Microsoft Azure Or Google Cloud Platform (Gcp). They Should Be Able To Design, Implement, And Manage Complex Data Solutions On These Platforms.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Principal At Epam Systems, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Data Technology Consultants. They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Mentor And Guide Team Members, Manage Conflicts, And Make Strategic Decisions.
Business Acumen: A Successful Principal Should Have A Good Understanding Of Business Processes And How Data Technology Can Be Leveraged To Drive Business Growth. They Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Clients And Understand Their Needs To Provide Tailored Solutions.
Continuous Learning Mindset: Data Technology Is A Constantly Evolving Field, And A Principal At Epam Systems Should Have A Strong Desire To Continuously Learn And Stay Updated With The Latest Trends And Advancements In The Industry. They Should Also Have A Passion For Sharing Their Knowledge And Expertise With Others In The Organization.
