- Design and implement business solutions using Pega technology.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in Pega architecture and development.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Pega solutions.
- Drive successful project delivery through effective planning, coordination, and execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for Pega applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technology advancements and recommend best practices for implementation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in Pega development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and other team members.
- Continuously improve and optimize Pega solutions to enhance performance and meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega solutions with other systems and applications.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Pega Technology, Including Pega Prpc And Pega Frameworks.
Experience In Designing And Implementing Enterprise-Level Pega Applications, Including Case Management, Decisioning, And User Interface Development.
Strong Understanding Of Pega Best Practices And Methodologies, Such As Agile And Scrum.
Pega Certification As A Certified System Architect (Csa) Or Certified Senior System Architect (Cssa) Is Preferred.
