  1. Design and implement business solutions using Pega technology.
  2. Provide technical expertise and leadership in Pega architecture and development.
  3. Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Pega solutions.
  5. Drive successful project delivery through effective planning, coordination, and execution.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for Pega applications.
  7. Stay updated with the latest Pega technology advancements and recommend best practices for implementation.
  8. Mentor and guide junior team members in Pega development.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and other team members.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize Pega solutions to enhance performance and meet business objectives.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega solutions with other systems and applications.
  12. Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
  13. Proactively identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  14. Demonstrate a passion for problem-solving and a strong attention to detail.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  16. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Pega practice within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Pega Technology, Including Pega Prpc And Pega Frameworks.

  • Experience In Designing And Implementing Enterprise-Level Pega Applications, Including Case Management, Decisioning, And User Interface Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Pega Best Practices And Methodologies, Such As Agile And Scrum.

  • Pega Certification As A Certified System Architect (Csa) Or Certified Senior System Architect (Cssa) Is Preferred.
